Tiramisu
125g Mascarpone cheese
1/4 cup Whipping cream
2 Tbs Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
6 Lady's fingers Sponge biscuits
1/4 cup Instant coffee
1 Tbs Cocoa powder
Method:
1. Make up the coffee with a small amount of boiling water then add cold water to fill up to ¼ cup.
2. Whisk the cream until it reaches stiff peaks.
3. Put the cheese, sugar, and vanilla into a medium bowl and mix until smooth. Then fold into the whipped cream.
4. Soak lady fingers in coffee for a couple seconds, rotating to coat all sides. Place 3 lady fingers side by side on bottom of a container, cover with half of the cream mixture.
5. Repeat step 4 to create a second layer on top of the first.
6. Sprinkle top with cocoa powder and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
