Shortcrust Pastry
½ cup Plain Flour
½ cup Self Raising Flour
¼ tsp Salt
60g Butter
¼ cup Water
¼ tsp Lemon Juice
Method:
1. Rub Butter into flour and salt until it resembles bread crumbs
2. Add water and lemon juice and stir to form a soft dough.
3. Turn dough onto a floured bench and knead briefly until smooth.
4. Wrap dough in cling film and refrigerate until required.
