Custard Cream
1Tbs Custard Powder
¾ cup Cream (whipped)
1/2 cup Milk
1 Tbs Sugar
Method
1. Make custard powder and sugar into a smooth paste with a small amount of the milk, add remaining milk, stir constantly over low heat until custard has boiled and thickened.
2. Refrigerate until cold covered tightly in cling film.
3. Whisk cold custard with electric whisk, fold in cream and whisking to stiffen if necessary.
